After the first day of my first Miksang class, what I understood conceptually about the above quote, became real—became direct experience. To have connected with this unconditional path of visually experiencing my world somehow felt like coming home.

Recognizing the abundance and richness that is present in my everyday world and having the ability to experience it with open eyes, an open heart and a quiet mind has been a gift that has filled my life with tremendous joy and satisfaction.
