Miksang has let me appreciate beautiful things that before I would have never noticed. I love the moments when I feel I have no choice but to find my camera and capture what I see.

My sons Aiden and Jackson and I take many walks outside and sometimes I realize my eyes are truly open and everywhere I look there is a new perception. It is so satisfying to look at my slides and see those images again. Miksang has let me feel artistic and creative.
